4 Iranian films to be screened at Washington D.C. Int’l Film Festival

Tehran (ISNA) – Four Iranian films will be screened at the 34th edition of Washington D.C. International Film Festival in the US’ capital.

Washington D.C. International Film Festival is the largest and longest running film festival in Washington, DC. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's Filmfest DC will be virtual. The 34th annual Filmfest D.C. shows 52 films from 35 countries from October 2 to October 11.

As the largest and longest-running annual film festival in Washington DC, Filmfest DC has established itself as one of the city's major cultural activities.

Iranian short film “Driving Lessons” directed by Marzieh Riahi, documentary “Coup 53” by Taghi Amirani and two feature films “Just 6.5” directed by Saeed Roustaee and “Yalda, a Night for Forgiveness” directed by Massoud Bakhshi will compete at the event.
