Iran deputy FM travels to Paris

Tehran (ISNA) - Iranian deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Abbas Araqchi has traveled to Paris to attend the 6th round of political dialogue between Iran and France.

The 6th round of Iran-France political dialogues will be held on Tuesday between the Secretary-General of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Maurice Gourdault-Montagne and Araqchi.

The 5th round of Iran-France political dialogues was held in Tehran on June 20, 2018.‎

These negotiations, which are regularly held in Tehran and Paris every six months, serve as a mechanism ‎within which the two countries develop their bilateral relations in various political, economic and cultural ‎spheres.‎

Exchanging views over issues of mutual interest as well as the launch of the payment vehicle known as the Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX) are among the agenda of today’s meeting.
