Annual Festival of Films from Iran in Chicago to host 8 films

Tehran (ISNA) – The Gene Siskel Film Center will host the “29th Annual Festival of Films from Iran” from February 2 through March 3, presenting Chicago premieres of eight films by directors working within and outside of Iran.

“Mouth Harp in a Minor Key: Hamid Naficy in/on Exile” directed by Maryam Sepehri along with “Rona, Azim’s Mother” by Jamshid Mahmoudi, “Pig” by Mani Haghighi, “Reza” by Alireza Motamedi, “I Want To Dance” by Bahman Farmanara, “Sheeple” by Houman Seyyedi, “Sly” by Kamal Tabrizi and “Tale Of The Sea” by Bahman Farmanara will be screened during the event.
