Tehran (ISNA) – Concurrent with the end of a 60-day deadline given to European countries, Iran’s latest cut in its obligations under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was announced on Sunday July 7 during a joint press conference by Iran’s government spokesman Ali Rabiei, Deputy Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and the spokesman of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization Behrouz Kamalvandi in Tehran.
Kamalvandi said that Iran would increase uranium enrichment from the current 3.67% to the level that fulfills the needs of its power plants.
