Unlawful assassination of Gen Soleimani a wake-up call: Iran’s Foreign Ministry

Tehran (ISNA) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry stressed that the US military presence in the region is destabilizing.

“The unlawful assassination of Gen Soleimani was a wake-up call: the US military presence in our region is destabilizing,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry tweeted on the first anniversary of General Soleimani’s assassination.

“This malignancy has casted Middle East unspeakable destruction. Our region should recognize this reality. Peace and security at stake,” it added.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry used #WillNeverForgetWillNeverForgive in the tweet.
