حسين اميرعبداللهيان، معاون وزير خارجه ايران

Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian Parliament's General Director for International Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian stressed on the need for Saudi-Enirate constructive cooperation and creation of new regional arrangements with the participation of Iran and Iraq.

“Neither ‘cooperation’ nor ‘council’ remains from the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council. Bahrain is plagued with legitimacy deficit, Saudis with Khashoggi scandal and Abu Dhabi with failure crisis in Yemen,”Amir-Abdollahian wrote on his official Twitter account.

“The requirement for having a strong and secure region is Saudi-Emirate construction cooperation and creation of new regional arrangements with the participation of Iran and Iraq,” he added.
