“Dressage” to vie at Int’l Crime, Punishment Film Festival

Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian film “Dressage” directed by Pooya Badkoobeh will vie at Istanbul International Crime and Punishment Film Festival.

“Dressage” will be one of 8 films vying at the competition section of the Istanbul International Crime and Punishment Film Festival.

The International Crime and Punishment Film Festival will take place November 9-15, 2018 in Istanbul.

Pooya Badkoobeh and Negar Moghadam who plays Golsa will present at the event.

The Iranian film will compete with films from UK, Russia, Italy, Romania, Croatia and France to win the Golden scale award.

“Dressage” narrates the story of 16-year-old Golsa and her friends who decide to rob a corner shop out of boredom. But while evaluating the robbery, they are dismayed to realize that they forgot to take the security camera footage; so one of them must return to the crime scene and retrieve it; a task that falls on Golsa.
