To attend Caspian Sea Littoral States Summit;

Rouhani to visit Kazakhstan on Saturday

Tehran (ISNA) - President of the Islamic Republic of Iran is making a visit to Kazakhstan to take part in Caspian Sea Littoral States Summit.

President's deputy chief of staff for Communications and Information, Parviz Esmaeili, said, “President Hassan Rouhani will head for Aktau, Kazakhstan on August 11”.

Dr. Rouhani’s most important programme in the 2-day visit is to participate in Caspian Sea Littoral States Summit in which a number of important, strategic documents for cooperation will be signed by the 5 Caspian Sea littoral states.

“Bilateral meetings with the President of Kazakhstan and some heads of state attending in the summit and discussing development of bilateral relations are other programmes of the President during the visit to Kazakhstan,” continued Esmaeili.

Dr. Rouhani will return to Tehran on Sunday evening.

President will be accompanied by a number of cabinet members.
