Iran’s trade-technology delegation to be sent to Africa

Tehran (ISNA) – Given the large capacity of Africa in attracting technology, International Interaction Center of Iran’s Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology decided to send a trade-technology delegation to eastern Africa.

The delegation including  representatives of knowledge based and technological companies, particularly the ones which are active in agricultural, health, IT, industrial machines, building material and polymer, mining industry and transforming industry, will be sent to Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya.

The trade tour, which Iran’s Vice President for Science and Technology and envoys of Export Development Bank of Iran, Trade Development Organization of Iran, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Ministry of Agriculture Jihad and Center for Progress and Development of Iran are to attend, includes joint trade summits with African companies, as well as, industrial and trade visits. The planed trade program will be held on September 3-7, 2018.
