French Manufacturers of Auto Part Association to continue its cooperation with Iran

Tehran (ISNA) – French Manufacturers of Auto Part Association announced in an official letter that it will continue to its cooperation with Iran.

“A delegation from French Manufacturers of Auto Part Association was to visit Iran to review bilateral cooperation, but their trip was postponed,” the head of Iranian Specialized Manufacturers of Auto Parts Association Mohammad Reza Najafimanesh said.

“The French association had announced that the trip was postponed but the translation of the news was not properly transmitted ant it was announced by mistake that the visit had been canceled,” he added.

“In this regard, the French association affirmed in an official letter that the visit of its representatives to Iran was not canceled, but was postponed,” the official went on to say.

“In this letter, the French association referred to its two decades cooperation with Iranian side and stressed that it will continue to its cooperation with Iran,” Najafimanesh explained.

Some foreign media had previously reported that the visit of the representatives of French Manufacturers of Auto Part Association to Iran was canceled following US’ withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear agreement.
