Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif emphasized that the negotiations with EU will be concerned with the nuclear deal known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

“Given the importance of JCPOA in these days and the destructive policies of the United States, we agreed to hold an advisory meeting between Iran and three European members of P5+1,” Mr. Zarif said on Monday.

“Some media outlets, especially Israeli media, have tried to give fake news about the issue that they are all unfounded,” he added.

According to some media reports, German foreign minister Sigmar Gabriel said he had agreed with EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini to invite Iranian foreign minister to visit the European Union for the discussion of the ongoing protests in Iran.
