Iran, Turkey sign roadmap on developing cooperation

Tehran (ISNA) – The top officials from the interior ministries of Iran and Turkey signed an agreement and a roadmap on developing cooperation.

At the end of the second session of the joint working groups led by the Iranian deputy inte3rior minister and his Turkish counterpart, the agreement and the roadmap were signed.

During the three-day meeting held in Ankara from Wednesday to Friday, the two sides discussed the most important areas of cooperation between Iran and Turkey, including efforts to fight against drug smuggling, human trafficking, organized crimes, illegal border crossing, terrorism and money laundering.
