Iran, P5+1 to discuss technical barriers to implementing N. deal in Vienna

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Senior Iranian nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi said that technical obstacles and barriers to implement the JCPOA are to be discussed with the P5+1 in Vienna.

The two sides are going to discuss economic and banking issues on the JCPOA, he said ahead of the 4th joint commission on implementing the nuclear deal in Vienna.

Iranian delegation arrived here Tuesday morning to attend the fourth meeting on Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) to be held with participation of Iranian officials and representatives of the P5+1.

The fourth JCPOA joint meeting starts in the Austrian capital before midday.

Abbas Araqchi, who is Deputy Foreign Minister and also Head of Foreign Ministry Headquarters to Monitor the JCPOA, is leading the Iranian delegation.

On July 17, Araqchi attended a press briefing and said the fourth JCPOA meeting is to review the sanctions and technical issues.
