Ghasemi underlined that preventing the access of international organizations and institutions in charge of rendering medical aids is against human rights.
He also condemned the Saudi Arabia-led air strike on a market which killed dozens of innocent people in Yemen on Friday.
Ghasemi also voiced sympathy with the bereaved families of the victims of the heinous crime.
The spokesman underlined that the United Nation and other international institutions should take the massacre of innocent Yemeni civilians into consideration.
He also urged the intentional community to do its best for an immediate halt to such attacks and take necessary measures to protect the health and safety of civilians, women and children in particular, in Yemen.
