Iranian Minister of Science, Research and Technology Mohammad Farhadi said the country has made great progress in science and technology, adding nano-science has attracted many in recent years all across the world including Iran.
According to the world ranking of nano-science production, Iran has produced 5187 articles in 2015, and overcoming South Korea, it has stood in 4th place in quantity of science production in the field of nanotechnology.
Iran previously ranked 7th in 2014 and 5th in 2015 in nano-science production and now stands 4th in the world table. Seemingly, more Iranian researchers have become interested in the field. The statistics in recent years portrays bright future in this field.
Certainly the amount of papers published in international journals is rapidly increasing, and now it can easily be said that Iran is among the best of the developing countries.
