Iran, 6 countries likely to meet in New York

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany may meet in New York to discuss the final step of Geneva deal mid February.

The dialogues scheduled for mid February is most likely to be held in New York to be attended by the EU Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and political representatives of the 6 countries, ISNA learned.

Iran's Arak Heavy Water Rector is one of the main issues to be discussed in the final step talks.

Iran has already said that it would negotiate with the six countries in one of the UN headquarters which include New York, Geneva and Vienna.
